The Arran Butcher

The Arran Butcher can be found in Blackwaterfoot, on the west coast of the island. Opened in 1964 by Hugh McKinnon, the family run business has been supplying homes and businesses on Arran for decades. Nowadays the company is run by Hugh's son David and continues to provide a high quality service to island residents and visitors alike. The newly introduced range of Arran Black Pudding and Haggis are hand made in small batches using a traditional, time honoured technique which ensures the best

At the Arran Butcher we specialise in supplying our customers with meat that is so tender and delicious that you will always come back for more. We use traditional time honoured techniques to ensure that our products will be the best that you ever taste. We offer an extensive selection of quality meats including traditional cuts of naturally reared beef, pork and lamb and wild Arran venison. We also have a fantastic selection of fresh fish and an ever growing range of homemade produce. At the Arran Butcher we pride ourselves on supplying our customers with only the best. We are proud to make our very own handmade Arran Haggis and Black Pudding which can now be ordered directly with us.
