Contemporary botanical jewellery, designed and made on the Isle of Arran by Ann Hume.
Ann’s jewellery is inspired by the natural movement in petals and leaves, the formation of seed pods, seaweeds washed up on Arran’s shores and the patterns of the flora and fauna of this beautiful island.
She uses traditional silversmithing techniques, folding, hammering, stamping, creating organic looking forms, working mainly in Sterling Silver and sometimes in gold.
You can visit Ann in her garden studio from Easter until December and learn about the art of her jewellery making.
