Claire Currie advises on matters concerning Adults with Incapacity; Guardianship Applications and Oppositions, Guardianship Reviews and Renewals and Power of Attorney matters. Claire also provides a Specialist Mental Health Law service to clients who may be subject to detention or caring for someone subject to detention in hospital or in the community. Claire Currie advises on matters of law concerning children and young people in Scotland and provides services throughout the whole of Scotland for; Children's Panels, Children's Referrals, Representing Young People and Representing Relevant People and Child Protection Orders. We also cover all aspects of Family Law. We assess your circumstances and provide guidance to ensure that you take the best course of action to resolve the situation. We can help you whether your concerns relate to the following areas; Residence, Starting or Ending Cohabitation, Adoption, Separation Agreements, Divorce, Ownership of the Family Home, and any other Financial or Childcare matters.
